Has American Flag with eagle. Marked L.A. Prestel. Is a semi vitreous mug and dated 1918. Has a medium blue wrap all the way around. Stamped with Royal China International. Moderate wear to gold on bottom and to rim. No other cracks, chips, or repairs.
