DSP. A tough to find early advertising piece from Pennsylvania Tires. Side one shows a very clean field with good color and gloss. One small touched up chip in the "U" of Vacuum. The entire outer black edge has been nicely touched up. Side two shows one dime size chip in the field with excellent color and gloss. The black outer edge has been heavily touched up on this side as well. An excellent displaying piece.
