DSP. This C. 1940's double sided porcelain sign from Studebaker Erskine Service features the iconic company logo with good colors throughout. CONDITION: Side 1 shows good color and shine. Something has splattered onto this sign at some point in the past, leaving white areas of discoloration to the color, most notably in the blue background. There are a few small negligible porcelain chips in the field as well. The outer edges show general porcelain wear and chipping, the worst of which is around the two mounting holes along the top border (7.5). Side 2 shows a dulling and chalkiness to the gloss throughout- this is most seen in the dark blue background but extends into the lettering and graphic. There are a few small chips in the field.
