Early 19th century, England. The serpentine crest rail joined to deep ogival wings continuing to rolled arms on incurved and outscrolled supports. The frame over-upholstered in a salmon herringbone pattern. The chair raised on frontal cabriole legs with shaped returns on circular pad feet. The rear legs backswept with pointed feet. Upholstery clean and serviceable. Frame is tight. Legs with good color and patina.
