RARE BERT WINNIE HERRING DECOY

Solid aluminum paint finish on this beautiful spearing decoy. Three belly weights still retaining their paint and six hand-cut fins, with the tail fin holed so that the fisherman could tie on a yarn attractor. Although Winnie & his brother Art emulated many different species of fish with their decoys, they are quite scare and difficult to find with regularity.
