Here is a seldom seen Steiff Zeppelin Mascot in 22 cm. She is standing, unjointed and made from long and short brown mohair. Her prominent tail curls nicely upon her back. She has three black claws on each foot. Her face is detailed with oversized brown and black pupil eyes, a black hand embroidered nose and mouth and pert, triangular ears. She retains her original ribbon, which is stitched onto her back. This model was produced in 17, 22, 28, and 35 cm from 1928 through 1932 overall. She retains her long trailing "F" button as her Steiff ID. Condition: as noted. With surface dust and a very light touch of thinning commensurate to age, otherwise very good.
