R.L. CLEWELL’S SNAKERBAIT IN BOX
Clewell made several lures, but his c. 1928 Snakerbait is a favorite among collectors. This Canton, OH bait has a unique canister swivel and stabilizing arm, and this example grades Excellent Minus. The prized box is also about Excellent Minus and is marked No 4 on one end. From the Stephen & Christine Rebic collection. Lure: 4" L.
