SHAKESPEARE EVOLUTION WITH WOOD BOX & PAPER

Earliest model Evolution dating to 1902, with the 1st-style marked aluminum props, loose box swivel, and large-scale textured body. All original lure grades at least Very Good Plus only due to the paint wear which is common on these early rubber baits. The box is in Excellent Minus or better condition and still has the end label marked for Number 4GAE Green And Aluminum. Lastly, the very rare insert is in about Excellent Minus condition with yellowing and a few small darker spots. From the Stephen & Christine Rebic collection. Lure: 2 - 3/4" L.
