The silver handle is 2 - 1/4" high with a flip lever on top. By flipping lever an area for the cigarette ash as well as a silver cigarette rest is revealed. The handle is mounted on a shaft of imitation snakewood with a 1 - 1/2" horn ferrule. The overall length is 35 - 1/2". The condition is excellent.
