It reads "To E.N.Y Jamaica Canarsie" and is marked "Nelkie Signs New York." There is areas of rusting, but they are primarily to the outer edges of the sign and at the hanging holes. The field of this sign is chip free with a little bit of fading to the glass, but the overall color is excellent.
