Straight tapered double edged with small partial fuller near top on both sides. Fuller is engraved with indistinct maker's name on both sides. Cup-hilt has chased decoration on right side. Left side engraved with simple border. Grip wrapped with twisted steel wire. Flattened ball pommel. CONDITION: Blade has been cleaned and shows some minor nicks to edges and some areas of delamination. Hilt shows some minor breaks and repairs and is tight to blade, and appears to be recently tightened although pommel is slightly loose. Hilt has been polished bright and shows some scattered surface rust. DMG
