SSP. Sign is Maker Marked Balto Enamel. Unique and most likely New Old Stock Porcelain Road Side showing "15 Mile Speed Limit". CONDITION: Sign is overall brilliant and outstanding showing excellent color & gloss with deep cobalt blue color. Sign shows only a minimal amount of faint surface wear with excellent condition mounting holes as well as outer edge showing just a couple of minimal storage nicks. A tough to upgrade example.
