A cast bronze small oval "Manchester Locomotive Works, Manchester, N.H." 1891. Removed from New York, Providence & Boston RR 4-6-0, Road No. 59. This locomotive may have been the first 4-6-0 built by Manchester. Plate has deep red field paint with polished but lightly tarnished letters and border. Back of plate has lightly brushed natural patina and some illegible numbers stamped in.

Condition: (8.0).
