AGS CERTIFIED #10433. DSP. Exceptionally clean Sunland "Frictionezed" motor oil porcelain quart can sign. C. 1930's, product of Sunland Refining Co., Bakersfield, California. CONDITION: Side one is excellent with outstanding color & gloss showing only a faint amount of light surface wear but overall outstanding. Side one shows light chipping at the right mounting hole with only very minimal edge wear, (Score 94). Side two also shows a brilliant condition field free of any notable wear showing only a couple of minimal blemishes. Side two shows chipping at the top left mounting hole as well as some minimal edge wear, (Score 93). A tough to upgrade example of this unique piece of advertising from Sunland.
