Case made of .900 coin silver. White enemal dial with seconds register. Arabic black markers. Blued steel hands, glass crystal. Good condition, movement needs servicing. Not running. Keyless V&C 20 jewels. Serial no. 380,903, chronograph. Straight line lever escapement. Case marked "V&C 0.900". Triple signed (dial, case & movement). One of only 3,289 made for the U.S. Army corps. of Engineers. Between 1918 & 1919.
