Note: The centreboard sloop "Vigilant", owned by a syndicate led by Charles Iselin, which included Cornelius Vanderbilt, Henry Astor Carey and Edwin Dennison Morgan, amongst others. She was launched on June 14th 1893 American's Cup against British challenger Valkyrie II.
