Tin Over Cardboard. This c. 1920s tin over cardboard sign from William Penn Cigars features a graphic of Penn in the center, with the tag line "Good Thru and Thru." CONDITION: The field shows crackle to the paint, with a few isolated areas of paint chips and scuffs. Overall, the sign remains bright and glossy. The outer edges show light paint loss and discoloration as well.
