C. 1910. CONDITION: A classic penny drop trade stimulator, many of these were giveaways from the gum companies at the turn of the century. It is wood constructed with a front drawer and pin field for the coins to fall through, with the idea that you would either get a package of gum or a cigar, in which hopefully you would get more than one. There are areas of wear and oxidation to the original finish. The machine is complete and operational.
