(A) 3 DIGIT, FIRST YEAR OF MANUFACTURE, WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 .38-55 LEVER ACTION RIFLE (1894).
First year of production Winchester Model 1894 with scarce 10-o'clock screw and three digit serial number, 276. Round barrel with sporting blade front sight and elevation adjustable rear sight. Straight grain oil finished walnut stock with crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Very good with fine strong bore with some light oxidation. Good wood stocks with moderate period of use wear. Mechanically excellent. A unique early Winchester 1894 rifle with uncommon round barrel.
