7-7/8" barrel in .177 caliber. Blued octagonal barrel with oversized front and rear dovetailed sights; stamped "6" on bottom flat near forend; two scalloped silver bands around breech. Polished steel percussion hammer. Varnished walnut stock with Schnabel forend and fluted grip; relief lock-shaped panels carved on both sides. Casehardened steel trigger guard with rear finger spur and buttcap with scalloped edges. Very good condition, barrel retains about 90% bluing with scattered spots of surface rust. Steel furniture with faded case colors; stock refinished, shows losses of finish to edges and scattered marks from use.
