Matching number on frame, cylinder and latch. This target revolver features Paine target front sight, adjustable rear target sight blade, wide target hammer, blued finish, six shot, single action, case colored hammer and trigger guard, and near mint diamond checkered walnut grips with serial number written in pencil on right panel. There is a star stamped after serial number on butt 5-19 stamped on inside of grip frame. It appears as a factory new revolver. Grips are near mint. Beautiful case colors on hammer and guard. 99% of the factory reapplied blue finish. Cylinder has light high edge wear and drag line. Razor sharp edges and legends with a hint of muzzle wear. Sideplate fits as tight as a new Smith & Wesson. Sharp, as new, shiny bore. Indexes perfectly. Tight as new lock-up. Other than some rubs on the side of the hammer, light high edge wear at cylinder and muzzle and light drag line, revolver appears in nearly new condition inside and out just like the day it left the factory.
