This was a limited edition set of 5,000 manufactured by Pietta of Italy, matching pair of Buntline six shot, single action revolvers based on the 1858 Remington design. They feature full octagon barrels with brass frames, faux ivory grips. Frame is fitted with a long range rear target sight and barrels are fitted with a high post front sight. The barrels have gold-filled laser engraving and there is a special gold-filled laser engraving on cylinder of a buffalo hunt. Neither revolver appears to have been fired. Comes housed in a special wood case with a plaque that reads “Buffalo Hunter - Limited Edition of 5,000”.
