Manufactured 1861. Features round barrel, ratchet loading lever, brass trigger guard, iron backstrap, and fully fluted 6-shot cylinder. Matching serial number or partial 5711 stamped on frame, trigger guard, backstrap, base pin, cylinder, barrel, and wedge. CONDITION: All metal is an age spotted grey patina. Barrel address legible. Colt patent on left side of frame. Cut for shoulder stock. Indexes and locks up correctly with a strong, clean bore. REW
