This antique second variant (under 10,000) single shot is nickel plated with walnut bird head grips. The large cursive Colt legend is found stamped atop the barrel with small .41 caliber stamp on left side of frame. CONDITION: Fine. Overall, retains approximately 75-80% nickel mixing with some light flaking. Grips are excellent. Mechanically sound with a strong, lightly frosted bore. Ex Spangenberger collection.
