Issued by the United States Society of Arms & Amour. Gun has no maker stamps and is stamped "Made in Italy" under barrel. Gun is finished in high polish blue with gold plated hammer, trigger guard, and backstrap. Grips are one piece varnished walnut. There are gold overlays on both sides of frame, both sides of barrel, and cylinder, all relating to Gettysburg battle. The special walnut case has copies of belt buckles from both armies with copy of the Gettysburg address. CONDITION: Excellent. Shows as new with light handling marks. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
