Massachusetts Company Maynard Primer pocket revolver, approximately 2,500-3,000 made between 1851-1860. These pistols were made in Chicopee Falls and feature six shot cylinders, single actions, exposed side hammers, Maynard tape priming system, engraved nickel plated frames, 2 - 1/2" octagon barrels, no forends, walnut grips, Maynard patent on side panels, Massachussets Arms stamp on top barrel, vignettes engraved on cylinders. Comes in a modern green french fitted walnut case with cap tin, two rolls of primer tape, bullet mold, silver plated eagle flask, old oil bottle. CONDITION: Both guns are clean but devoid of any factory finish with good bores and actions. Cute little all original early pre-Civil war set in a modern case.
