Well-known rifle maker Allen Martin is located in Swengel, Pennsylvania. Since opening his business in 1989, Allen Martin has established himself as a highly regarded master gunmaker, specializing in the recreation of fine American Longrifles. The rifle is in the early Beck style and features a two-stage rifled barrel signed "A. Martin" on the top flat. It features a flat lockplate and removable touchole. The stock is of highly figured maple with a relief-carved sliding wooden patchbox and brass Lebanon style furniture. CONDITION: Excellent, showing very little use and a few light scattered storage marks.
