Nock was a revered British gunsmith who began his illustrious career in London in 1772 and where he died in 1804. Stamped "London" on the right side of frame with "H. NOCK" stamped on left. Features a removeable barrel, a top safety, and a solid one piece walnut handle. CONDITION: Very good. All metal is a grey patina with scattered age freckling. Grips is solid. Mechanically sound. The bore is fairly clean showing some abrasion. PROVENANCE: Ex. Castlerock Museum.
