It features a 2 - 1/2" .41 caliber barrel marked "CAST STEEL" on the top flat with 2 German silver bands and some foliate engraving over the chamber. Top flat is also maker marked with in an arc "R. P. BRUFF" over "NY". Standard lightly engraved back action percussion lock. Stock is checkered walnut with a birdshead grip and German silver mounts, the trigger guard being engraved. CONDITION: Very good. Steel components have turned an attractive dark patina. Stock is good retaining sharp checkering with some finish loss and handling marks. Good bore and mechanics. BAS
