6-1/2" barrel in .44 S&W Russian caliber. These popular top break double action revolvers were manufactured from 1881 to 1898. Standard features include full ribbed barrel, six shot, double action, nickel finish, with black composite grips. This revolver has traces of original nickel but is basically dark brown patina with areas of pitting on barrel. Original grips are very good but worn with a chip on the right side. Indexes perfectly. Strong bore with light black powder abrasion. Should be a good shooter and has a great Western look.
