Of standard configuration. The barrel has a bayonet lug on top, toward muzzle. Breech marked with Tower proofs own left side. Convex lockplate marked "TOWER" at tail and with a large crown over "GR" oil the center. Stamped beneath pan with small crown over broad arrow indicating British government ownership. Brass India Pattern 1796 furniture. Walnut stock and iron ramrod. CONDITION: Barrel retains a brown patina, markings clear. Lock retains a brown patina and is in its original flintlock configuration. Brass has a mustard patina. Stock shows scattered deep cuts, bruises and marks from use. A very nice example of this pattern.
