The pistol was repatriated to the U.S. by Interarms and marked on left side of frame. According to the date code, it was probably manufactured in 1944. It has the German Imperial proof marks, matching numbers, right side of frame is stamped "Nds" in square, which would indicate West German Lower Saxony police. Has standard blue finish with mated rib, Walther banner black composite grips. Gun shows some muzzle wear and usual high edge wear. Still retains 95% original finish. Grips are near mint. One original magazine. Comes in the original Walther Model PP cardboard box with an original set of German instructions as well as a set of Interarms English instructions and Interarms safety warning brochure. Box is excellent and complete with all aprons. High edge wear. Original sticker on lid in German that translates to "Police Station", "Police Detachment", and "Police Headquarters". Perfect action and near mint bore. Also comes with a black leather police holster stamped inside German police. One strap has become detached and missing metal hanger.
