Colt Model 1911-A1 manufactured 1943 with "GHD" inspections for Guy H. Drewry. Numbers matching slide and frame with blue finished Colt barrel marked "COLT 45 AUTO" on left side of trunnion. Parkerized finish with wide checkered short hammer, Checkered safety and slide stop. Unmarked blue finished WW2 magazine. Parkerized finish overall. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine with 97% parkerized finish. Brilliant bore and mechanically excellent. A very fine and matching-slide variation of the 1911-A1 pistol
