Manufactured circa 1970 with 7 - 1/2" barrel chambered in .45 Colt with blade front sight and frame notch rear. Color case hardened frame. Nickel plated trigger guard, ejector rod head, center pin, and traversing center pin latch. 2 piece walnut grips with Texas Ranger medallion on left grip panel. Marked on left of barrel "TEXAS RANGER COMMEMORATIVE 'One Riot...One Ranger'". Top of backstrap near hammer has State of Texas seal with "TEXAS RANGERS" inscription on backstrap. Comes in factory presentation walnut case with glass top, red velvet lined interior, and drawer knobs with the State of Texas Seal on each one. Also included in case is a serial number matching copy of "Pictorial History of The Texas Rangers" bound in authentic Texas Longhorn steer hide. CONDITION: Excellent+ and near mint with virtually all of the finishes remaining. No dragline present on cylinder. Grips are in matching condition with no major signs of distress. Bore is bright with sharp rifling, probably unfired. Case is excellent.
