(C) CUSTOM BSA MARTINI HENRY FALLING BLOCK TARGET RIFLE IN .22 LONG RIFLE.

This single shot is built on the BSA long tail Martini action The original heavy round barrel is loaded with English proof marks and has the BSA Birmingham legend along with "Cartridge .220 long rifle" stamp on left side and .22 proofs on right side of barrel. The upper tang has a Parker Hale marked target tang sight. The front sight is a dovetail bead on ramp. The custom checkered pistol grip walnut stock reveals some fiery grain, a solid black Ruger pad, sling swivels and a matching custom checkered forearm. Barrel has been shortened, relined and custom crowned and rear sight removed. CONDITION: Very good to fine. The barrel blue is thinning and reveals sundry handling marks. The frame is now basically a grey patina. Stocks remain in near new condition with sharp checkering and displaying nominal impressions. Mechanically sound with a bold lightly frosted bore.
