(C) FINE EDDYSTONE US M1917 BOLT ACTION RIFLE.
This is a 11-18 dated Eddystone with "E" stamped stock, front sight, rear sight, bolt, bolt release and safety. All visible parts are mismatched. Stock wrist has the eagle head stamp. CONDITION: Excellent. Retains the majority of the 1918 blue finish showing some handling marks and a bit of thinning and dulling on trigger guard and floor plate. Buttplate is patina. Stock is excellent with scattered dings and impressions. Mechanically sound. Bore is bold. A sharp example.
