(C) INLAND M1 CARBINE SEMI-AUTOMATIC RIFLE.

Manufactured circa August 1944 in the 3rd block of Inland production. The Inland barrel is dated "9-44" with milled front sight and "I.R.CO." adjustable rear. Small parts include a flat bolt, push button safety, and magazine catch without M2 extension. Pot belly walnut stock with M2 cut and a 2-rivet handguard retained by a Type III barrel band. Includes sling and oiler. No magazine is included. CONDITION: Very Good, as restored. Nearly all of the reapplied commercial blue is retained throughout. Markings are somewhat softened. Stocks are fine with some scattered light marks. Crisp bore with some cleaned frosting. ME of 1.
