Lot consists of: (A) Remington Model 742 semi-automatic rifle with scope. Made in the mid 1960's. Standard round steel barrel with ramped front sight and adjustable leaf rear sight. Factory blued finish on barrel and frame. "Basket Weave" stock with an aftermarket rubber butt pad. Includes attached Leupold 3-9 Vari-X II scope, Weaver rings and generic leather sling. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% or more of its original finish with light wear. Stock is excellent with light handling marks. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically excellent. Scope is very good, optic is clear. (B) Remington Model 11 semi automatic shotgun. Made in 1946. Marked "The Sportsman" on the bolt. Standard smooth bore round steel barrel with bead front sight. Blued finish on the barrel and frame. Oil finished wood stock with brown plastic buttplate. Fine checkering on the forearm and pistol grip. Full choke, 2 - 3/4" chamber. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% of its original finish with a few speckles of wear and handling marks. Stock is very good with minor finish wear and scratches. Bore is shiny. Mechanically excellent.
