(C) LOT OF 2: WINCHESTER MODEL 1906 AND MODEL 1890 SLIDE ACTION RIFLES.

A. Model 1906 dates to 1906. Standard full round barrel, nearly full length tube magazine, dovetailed front sight, 1901 patent flat top rear sight, take down, walnut stock with Winchester gutta percha butt plate and smooth forearm. CONDITION: Very good. All metal is a smooth freckled patina. Stocks are solid with scattered impressions. Mechanically sound with a fairly well defined bore. B. Model 90 dates to 1907. Standard take down rifle with full octagon barrel, 2/3 magazine, dovetailed front sight, flat top rear sight, blue finish, walnut stock with rifle butt plate and grooved forearm. CONDITION: Very good. The barrel still exhibits a blue hue with freckled surface. Frame is patina with same freckled surface. Stocks are solid with usual impressions. Mechanically sound with a dark bore.
