Lot consist of: (A) Remington 03-A3 rifle. Remington barrel marked "6-43". Most parts look to be of Remington production. Stock is unmarked, but retains is U.S. acceptance mark. The front part of the stock as separated, appearing to have been cut at the rear band, and is freely sliding up the barrel. Sling is broken and is hanging freely. CONDITION: Overall fair. Metal retains most of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. Stock is broken as stated above and contains numerous dents and gouges. Upper handguard is cracked. Bore is dark with fair rifling. Mechanically fine. Sling is poor. (B) Mauser ES 350 single shot sport rifle. Typical German commercial proofs. Sliding tangent rear sight. Bolt matches the receiver. Interesting Mauser cartouche on the stock. Buttplate is Mauser marked as well. CONDITION: Overall good. Metal retains most of its original finish with light handling marks. Stock is good overall with numerous dings and gouges. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. JA CORRECTION: Gun B in this lot is a Mauser ES 340.
