Lot consists of (A) Made in 1913 and chambered for the .22 short cartridge. Features full octagon barrel, loading tube, takedown, sporting sights, small grooved walnut forend with walnut stock. CONDITION: 95% original blue on barrel while tube has drifted to patina. Traces of blue on frame that is basically a soft brown patina. Nice wood that is proud to metal with light handling marks. Barrel has a few freckles. Nice clean bore and crisp action. (B) All of the features are same as above but this is chambered for the desirable .22 long rifle cartridge. It was made in 1926. CONDITION. The barrel and tube retain 95% blue or better. The left side of frame retains 95% high polish factory blue while left side is about 20% having drifted to a soft patina. All legends and edges are sharp. Excellent sharp rifling and fine action. From the Mel Hrubetz collection.
