Left side of frame is stamped "Converted By Cogswell & Harrison London". Marks have been changed on right side of barrel. Retains 85-90% blue finish. Has lanyard ring and later style silver medallion diamond checkered walnut grips. British proofs on cylinder barrel and frame. Traces of case colors on hammer and lever. Referred to as a Victory Model due to the V prefix in the serial number.
