German Drilling with side by side shotgun barrels over rifled barrel made in Germany by Imman Meffert, Suhl in 1936. 25 - 3/4" blued Krupp Steel barrels with matted rib marked "HOFRUSTMEISTER LOESCHE MAGDEBURG" AND "IMMAN MEFFERT" on right barrel at breech. Unique blade front sight with flip up bead and rear flip sight when rifle is selected. Shotgun barrels are 16 gauge with 8x57JR rifle, fit with extractors, claw mounts, and Noris 4X fence post reticle scope. Painted finish Dural boxlock action with light floral engraving marked "HUBERTUS / SUHL", double set triggers (front being a set), Greener crossbolt and safety, horn trigger guard, tang/rifle shotgun selector, and cocking indicators. Checkered walnut pistol grip stock with scalloping behind action, cheekpiece, Roman nose comb, and period rubber recoil pad. Matching checkered splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 90% original blue with some edgewear. Action retains 80% of original black paint style finish with some streaks of underlying metal protruding. Wood has been lightly cleaned with small crack behind left action side. Good bores and mechanics with clear optics. DLM
