DS barrel date code for 1925. Standard blue finish with barrel shroud, brass bead dovetailed front sight on base, Marble's adjustable rear sight, patent tang sight, and walnut stock with UMC steel buttplate, matching forearm with schnabel tip, and front swivel. CONDITION: Excellent. Retains at least 95% bright factory blue on shroud. Receiver retains 85% blue with some thinning and handling marks. Stocks are proud to metal in excellent condition with minor impressions and finish loss. Bore is well defined but light frosted. A very clean early Model 8.
