Fitted with a tapered round Springfield barrel dated "6-26". Blade front sight and Lyman aperture rear. Unmodified M1 long throw action. Service style finger groove walnut stock with a single barrel band and checkered steel butt plate. Complete with 1918 dated Hoyt leather sling. CONDITION: Good. Rifle retains significant portions of arsenal blue fading to brown with a few spots of cleaned oxidation. Stock has a rich age darkened appearance with some scattered impressions. Bore is very good. Fine mechanics.
