(C) WALTHER PPK-L SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL.
The Walther PPK-L in .22 LR is a scarce, vintage variant of the classic PPK featuring a lightweight duraluminum (alloy) frame ("L" stands for Leicht, meaning light in German). Produced primarily in West Germany during the 1960s, it pairs the classic blowback design and DA/SA trigger with a reduced weight frame. This example is a standard configuration Walther PPK, caliber .22LR, made 1967, with fixed front sight, drift adjustable rear sight, and no loaded chamber indicator. The slide address on left side reflecting manufacturer, model, caliber, and location in Ulm, Germany. Red dotted safety indicator. Full serial number on right side of frame. Fitted with two piece brown synthetis grips and brown finger extension magazine. CONDITION: Bluing loss at the leading front edges of the slide near muzzle. There are a few hairline scratches on the slide flats and the grips. The bore is bright and the mechanics are excellent.
