(M) ARGENTINA DGFM BROWNING HI-POWER SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL.
Beginning in 1969 through 1989, the DGFM (Dirección General de Fabricaciones Militares), under Browning license agreement, produced their own version of the Browning Hi-Power pistol. This pistol is marked DM ROSARIO for the FMAP plant located in Rosario, Argentina. Made to exacting specs and supervised by FN personal. The number 07-54812 is found on barrel, slide and frame along with number 0349 on frame only. Grips are standard checkered walnut. Blued magazine is not marked. The overall finish is arsenal parkerized but top of slide is more of a blue having had front sight replaced. This pistol was standard issue for the Argentine military in 1982 during the Falklands War. CONDITION: Fine retaining the majority of the parkerized finish with note to the top of slide being blue. Grips are fine. Bore is bright.
