(M) CHEYENNE COMMEMORATIVE WINCHESTER MODEL 9422 TAKEDOWN LEVER ACTION RIFLE.

Blued barrel with fixed hooded front sight and adjustable rear elevation sight. Receiver and barrel bands are gold plated. Gun is factory roll marked on both sides with a decorative border of Indian designs. The right side depicts a standing Indian Chief riding and the words "Cheyenne" and the left side shows a Indian hunting Buffalo. The barrel is also marked" CHEYENNE CARBINE 22". Smooth walnut buttstock and forend medallion on buttstock depicts a Cheyenne Chief medallion. Complete with factory box. CONDITION: Near new showing light handling marks but appears to be unfired, bore is shiny with crisp rifling. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
