Designed by John M. Browning, the 1919 served through World War II into the Cold War Era. This semi-automatic example was built by KMP Classic Arms of Mansfield, Ohio, as is marked on the outside of the right side plate. Durable parkerized finish throughout. 7.62 barrel with perforated heat shield. Left side plate, bolt, and top cover have Israeli or "7.62" markings. Many components also have US drawing numbers. Standard flip up blade front sight and ladder rear. Checkered steel pistol grip and rear mounted single trigger. Gun is accompanied by a restored M2 tripod with 1942 dated Houde data plate, plate likely later added, as well as a pintle and T&E device. CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all of the parkerized finishes are retained with some light rubs, oxidation, and patina. Crisp, bright bore. Fine mechanics. Tripod retains the vast majority of its restored paint, displaying very well overall.
