(M) PATRIOT ARMS REMINGTON MODEL 700 .308 WINCHESTER BOLT ACTION RIFLE
Patriot Arms was run by Jered Joplin, now the president and gunsmith at American Precision Arms; both companies were extremely well regarded for their precision rifles, and Joplin was written about very positively in an issue of "Special Weapons for Military and Police". Short action Remington 700 with a heavy profile Patriot Arms fluted barrel marked with "PATRIOT ARMS INC / .308" on left side of shank, and "COREY HARRISON" on right. Fit with an enlarged tactical bolt handle, 20 MOA Arken Optics cantilever mount with an Arken Optics SH-4 Gen II 6-24x50mm with illuminated VPR MOA reticle, and TriggerTech single stage trigger. In a foliage green-grey-black marbled McMillan stock with mounting studs at forearm and along toe line, with adjustable cheekpiece and bag rider. CONDITION: Very good, retaining the vast majority of the custom finishes with scattered handling marks and scuff, some to base metal, heaviest at bolt knob. Stock excellent with some handling marks and scuffs. Mechanically fine, bore excellent with bright strong rifling but a patch of what looks like oxidation; may clean. Scope excellent and throws clearly.
